If I were to do the quick and dirty method, I'd put a dried chipotle in
a spice grinder and mix it with some raspberry jam and some salt. I
made a honey-chipotle glaze[0] this weekend for some chicken made with
honey and dried chipotle powder and it needed A LOT of salt to bring the
chile flavor heat out from behind the sweetness. Once it did though -
boy it was good.
