"Like a hammers blow".  That shook me Jim.  Guess I was just as big a
culprit when I was able. Made me feel quite wretched. Must be the same I
suppose in many areas of production where folks who once did it all, gave
advice for free and found out that their one time customers then started out
producing their own. Sadly trends like that are seldom reversible. But
yikes! You still make a better sauce than any of the home brewers Jim, we
all know that..
