Well, I certainly give you all the cash I have whenever OF comes around.

I grow a small amount of chiles and make a few things, but I don't have
the time to make enough to get me through the year.  But, as I've
started to find out, your sauces also make great gifts (well, the ones
that I get enough of to share).
I figure it's probably the people that love hot stuff that don't
necessarily have the room or time to grow anything that will buy from
all the evil corporate types and do so as a standard.  I have a
smattering of different sauces and powders in my desk at work that
others are always welcome to try (and hopefully they go buy as well).
