I'd say the larger pod ones, like New Mex or Poblano. They're a thirsty plant anyway & shouldn't mind a bit of extra watering. I believe the Cherry Hots did well in the flooded end of the field also. Definitely *not* Cayenne! -Jim C Mild to Wild(R)
