I am a volunteer with a military support organization
> called Operation Military Pride
> (www.OperationMilitaryPride.org), which has been in
> existence for the past ten years. Founded by a former
> military wife, this is a group of volunteers whose
> goal is to support our deployed military men and women
> with letters/cards of support and care packages.
>
> As you know, things are far from over in Iraq.
> Contrary to what the public believes, these men and
> women in "the Sandbox" are still in dire need of
> different types of supplies. The military does NOT
> necessarily meet their every need. The DMs (Deployed
> Military) desperately need food items/snacks, powdered
> drink mixes, toiletries, medicinal supplies,
> entertainment items, even underclothes and towels.

If you do a google search, most of the time you can find where
the unit is stationed. I found my unit from the early 60's moved back to Ft Hood Tx.
