I like Rael's but he left out the heat - a hab or two should make it 
palatable.. grin
For the moderate at heart a jal or two.

The only heat should be n ones mouth and not outside! Whew it is a hot 
one - hit a 100 agn today!  (heat index hell that was two thermometers 
readings)
