I'll have to try oregano, as we love the wild Jordonian thyme as in Zata'ar Another yummy way for this yogurt is to mix Zata'ar and Aleppo with the cucumber and yogurt w/lemonb and olive oil. I also make Labne this way, without the olive oil or lemon. My favourite brands of yogurt being Fage imported from Greece and available at Trader Joe's and fine markets. Also a wonderful and cheaper yogurt is Karoun Dairies, LA. I find it at Indian/Pakistani Markets and also Middle Eastern Markets. Lovely for tandoori etc.
