Got his note today from Chuck Evans (Hot Sauce Bible) & thought I'd pass
it along as being of interest to the list:
If you are able to catch a glimpse tonight...tune into the HISTORY
Channel...AMERICAN EATS: Condiments, a one hour show (starting at 10
p.m. and showing again at 2 a.m. EST) in a 13 part series about American
Foods. This segment is about the history of ketchup, mustard, mayo, and
salsa and hot sauces where I am one of the guest commentators on the
history of salsa and hot sauce and provided a number of the props,
pictures, and books for the salsa and hot sauce segment.
