Great pic, ChileMan!  I used to teach in Austin, MN, home of Spam.  They 
have a great museum there and give samples, which was the first Spam I had 
tasted in years.  It is actually pretty good these days, especially the 
Tabasco flavored spicy version.  Nice moderate heat.

 I'm waiting with bated breath to see ALL the photos from OF.  I'm so 
envious!
