Phooey   I spent 2 days south of OF  because of the bad weather, in a 
Motel room watching the
weather channel.
Finally made it for a few hours Sunday Morn,  Spent Sunday PM getting 
mud off/out of rental car  :-)

I spend many days of my youth fighting mud,  Up here we have a mud 
season,  This is when
the frost in the ground starts to thaw out.   About the same time is 
Maple Sugaring season
=  trying to use a tractor instead of a team of horses to collect sap  = 
hours of go getting the team to pull the tractor out of the mud.  (IMHO  
more hours spent getting the team  than the tractor saved)    Now we 
have miles of plastic tubing instead .

Ayuh,  one olde fart that knows a lot about mud season.

And 1 time  of having a good time in the back seat of my car  and it 
(the car) sank into the mud.
