Father James I can't thank you enough for growing these, My Garden was a flop due to fungal problems I have trays 5 thru 8 in the dehydrator, looks like a few more: only lost 6 pods due to airlines monkeys. I'll be in chile haven most of the year, I use Chimayo's instead of Black Pepper on most every thing I eat
