FWIW I have several ounces of Chimayo Chile pepper seeds that I saved from the open fields event and Jims wonderful help. A SASE will get a bunch of seeds headed your way . ( Sorry my fingers don't work the best any more) If'n you want to try some, drop a note, I also have about 8 oz of seeds that I saved from after drying in a dehydrator. No guarenties, but it's some fun time. JC, that almost full plastic shopping bag has yeilded 12 dehydrator trays full of Chimayos Gotta share some with the old one in BC and Mary Anne Then I am going to be in Chile heaven for the rest of the year. I use Chimayos instead of black pepper on everything. For far out, next time you go to McD's take some catsup, add some Chimayos and mix, Then dip your fries in the mix.
