Ah, Scott...we all know that 'heat' is on the tongue of the beholder. The yellow powder was just fine for me....a nice tingly warmness! I sprinkled it on toast that had peanut butter spread on it...one of favorite ways to use powdered pepper. SandyO CH #1146 with a yellow tongue
