[CH] "Harvesting" Seeds

Kinda depends on your relative humidity. If it's low, you can hang
the pods with lot's of air circulation and the seeds will cure in the
pods. If your RH is high, you run the danger of the pods rotting
before the seeds are viable. In that case, extract them and let them
dry in a low humidity area.

I'm curious, I've seen it mentioned both ways about harvesting seeds.
Many say extract seeds from a fresh but ripe pod, while others say
air dry the seeds in the pod and then brake it open.

What works best for folks on this list?

 Thanks
