They used to have some black nonstick interior stuff, but I took a 
look at their web site current catalog and the US one says everything 
is enameled now.  However, there's a lot of stuff in the stores that 
isn't on this web site.

In their French catalog I found this

and I bought one of these less than 6 months ago at the outlet store 
in Carlsbad, CA and it came with instructions on how to season it.

I'll be by it next week. I'll stop by and see what they still have.
