However, there's a lot of stuff in the stores that isn't on this web site. http://www.lecreuset.com/usa/home.php In their French catalog I found this http://www.lecreuset.fr/produits/gril_couleur.php and I bought one of these less than 6 months ago at the outlet store in Carlsbad, CA and it came with instructions on how to season it.
