I wish that Penzey's would pay me for saying this, but they don't. It is
hard to beat their quality, been doing business with the 3 family store
operations for about 40 years.

The Chipotle at this operation is essentially the same, but they have some
truly awesome Pasilla de Oaxaca chiles:

William and Ruth have cut back to a single storefront and only do mail order
to those who have been walk-in customers in the past, so I'll not post that
link.

OK, since you guys brought it up...

Does anyone have any recommendations for Chipotle powder that might be
better than the Penzey's that I'm using? I like theirs just fine, but
wonder if maybe there's something great out there I'm missing out on.

Thanks,
