I don't know of any systemic which can be used with veggies. They are 
poisons which are taken up into the plant and you probably wouldn't want 
to eat them. I've been fairly successful using neem oil on aphids. 
Here's a link to a website which gives you a lot of choices. I'm a big 
believer in Integrated Pest Management.
