Well, I guess this was all started in present day U.S.A by Espejo's 
priests in 1582 when they gave chile (Nahuatl) to the Pueblo Indians. 
All this because a Spanish physician in 1493 thought it cured all 
Spanish disease-which it just might do to this day. Maybe the mid-day 
Siesta originated from eating too much chile?????????????????????
