Well, I guess this was all started in present day U.S.A by Espejo's priests in 1582 when they gave chile (Nahuatl) to the Pueblo Indians. All this because a Spanish physician in 1493 thought it cured all Spanish disease-which it just might do to this day. Maybe the mid-day Siesta originated from eating too much chile????????????????????? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Erich" <edowe1@wi.rr.com> To: "'ChileHeads'" <chile-heads@globalgarden.com> Sent: Tuesday, December 12, 2006 9:24 PM Subject: RE: [CH] Moderate Monks? > -----Original Message----- > From: owner-chile-heads@globalgarden.com > [mailto:owner-chile-heads@globalgarden.com] On Behalf Of Sandy Olson > Sent: Tuesday, December 12, 2006 9:54 PM > To: ChileHeads > Subject: Re: [CH] Moderate Monks? > > Okay, Troops...If non-celibate monks are moderate and we are moderate, > can > we be monks?
