We never have to ask for more heat, Les simply puts a dish of chilies on
the table. He is a Canadian who met Honey when he was back packing
around Thailand, married her and brought her back here to Canada! Great
couple, she is a fantastic cook, and they have a good business going,
opened another restaraunt in another town about 30 miles up island,
keeps both of them hopping, so they imported another cook from Thailand.
