New Years Greetings Made this in the crock pot today -- son #3 that usually doesn't like a lot of heat loved it. Spicy Thai Pork Roast 3# pork roast 1 can (12 oz,)chicken broth 1/2 cup peanut butter, 2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon ginger -- peeled & chopped 2 teaspoons chili powder (I used my homemade) 1 teaspoon chile flakes ( I used home grown cayenne) 2 clove garlic -- crushed 4 Tablespoons dehydrated onions 2 tablespoon fresh cilantro -- chopped Sear the roast in a pan with a little olive oil and put it in the crock pot. De-glaze the pan with the chicken broth, add other ingredients, mix well and pour over roast. Cook on high for 4 hours or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Nels in ND
