Happy New Year again: I was asked what we served with the pork roast -- we had the ubiquitous cranberry ( cranberries always go with pork roast in our house) Steamed rice -- the sauce from the roast was very good over the rice, and I cooked up a bag of frozen mixed vegetables. Nels in ND
