Sounds like great news, Dave!  I love New Mexico, it's so beautiful and 
friendly...as you've seen with your new farmer friend.

My son and family live in Alamagordo (retired AF) so we've had a chance to 
visit several times.  I bought my first pair of Z-Coil shoes there; a great 
thing to try if you're on your feet a lot.  Little shock absorbers built in 
LOL!!
