That's true about cheese. I am dying to try one.  I will have to use up some 
of my precious supply of frozen chile.

Depends on your definition of HOT. In my case, it wasn't hot enough to make
be break out in a sweat, but I could feel some heat. The cheese is a dairy
product which helps to offset it too.
