Here's a link to a recipe I made the other night. Things I'd do differently next time would to eliminate the brown sugar, halve the recipe and use pinto beans instead of kidneys, or maybe no beans at all. This isn't the best I've ever had, but it's the best I've ever made. With a tweak or two, It's going to be the best I've ever had: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Chili-I-2/Detail.aspx Chiles were from the garden. Roasted, peeled and frozen. Varities were Big Jim, Sandia, NuMex 6 and New Mex Joe Parker. Didn't have enough to process individually, so just roasted them all and mixed them together.
