I agree, Risa. I am actually on the edge of moderate some of the time; at other times I want a 'break' from the heat. But, my sweet non-CH husband is now moving up to sprinkling red pepper flakes on his pizza LOL!! This is a Norwegian, after all, so it's a major culinary shift. And, he likes a few of Jim C.'s sauces too as well as Red Lion products too. Tongues DO change! SandyO
