[CH] Following up: Chile as terrorist weapon

To add a bit to the Thai chili "terrorist attack" as reported by myself and
several others on the list, I just have to note that today's NPR program
"Wait, wait - Don't tell me" used it as one of their questions in their
"Lightning Round". I don't know what this means, but we might as well take
whatever note from the non-believers that we can. I love the quote in the
original article that said something to the effect that "It's not actually
a crime to cook really hot chili", since I live in a world (off-list, that
is) where extreme heat seems to be an illicit (and possibly illegal)
pleasure.
