I have had good luck with SKS Bottle & Container (www.sks-bottle.com). 
With shipping, I got 3 12-bottle cases plus orifice reducers plus shrink 
wrappers for about $40. Given the weight I don't know that you're going 
to do much better than that unless you really start ordering in bulk.
