K-Paul's Louisiana Kitchen is the only restaurant I've ever wanted to enjoy 
so badly I waited in line for an hour and 45 minutes, in the August Nawlins' 
heat.  The line was so long and they hired off-duty NO police officers for 
crowd control since anyone who tried to cut into the line would have been 
killed ;^)  This was in '84 when I was in NO for the World's Fair.  A 
wonderful city; wonderful food and, since it's in the south even the cheats 
and scammers have good manners!
