Thanks for the heads up on finding your recipe. I'm in Texas at the moment (Iowa is buried in snow, ice and high winds). So, I'm almost in the land of chiles and can bring home some fresh beauties that are hard to find in the midwest. I LOVE chili con carne; my mother wrote in my baby book that it was my favorite food at age 5.
