Hey Alex...ya made it to the FAR west! All the way to Vancouver Island! 
Sounds pretty good, but how ya gonna replicate it? Yesterday I stuck a 
pork loin in the crockpot about 6 AM, added LOTS of green chili sauce, 
about 1 lb tomatillas and let it go all day....great pulled pork last 
night! And enough left to feed a multitude!
