Ron- I have both aseptically packed red and orange habaner available in near unlimited quantities. There is *nothing* in it- no vinegar, no salt, no preservatives. Just a bit of citric acid to help the pH. I also have 5 gl buckets of Red Savina(R) and Fatalii done in the more traditional 'mash/vinegar' style, but still without salt or preservatives. I'm in the wilds of Australia at the moment, and only have brief spotty access to email. I'll be without it entirely for the next few days.
