I've had a green-apple/jalepeno that was not too-too bad... and of course Jim McGrath's Habanero Vodka is amazing. So, anybody done a Habanero wine, Yet? I have a primary fermenter I'm getting ready to "retire" and I think a Hab wine would be the perfect "final batch" for it. -- John G.
