Hi all,
I do not get any snow or heavy frost here by the beach. 2 or 3 light frosts
per winter. The only chile plant that seem to well over winter. is Rocoto.
This grew into a 6ft bush along my back fence. So big I had to cut it down.
It is now starting to regrow plus new plants from fruit that fell on the
ground.
God luck
