That was part of why they won the lawsuit and Tabasco lost.

It was also a matter of Tabasco being a food product and the restaurant being, well, a restaurant.

If I saw a MEXICAN restaurant  called Tabaco, I would be thinking of the 
Mexican state of Tabasco and not that vinegary hot sauce. Around here we 
have joints called Jalisco, Guerrero, Michoacan, etc.
