It's not *my* word ma'am.  I tried to source it, spending an hour or so
on line figuring maybe you'd heard something I hadn't.  Finding nothing
more than the original press clippings announcing that the restaraunt
was in "hot water" (but NO follow up), I gave up & just called Paul
McIlhenny himself.  We chatted a bit about old times & chile peppers &
then got the low down.  I think I can pretty well trust his word on the
subject :-)
