Well, I think we'd all be better off (and healthier) if we ate real food, not some processed crap that is more a list of ingredients than food. If you want spicy tuna it's not that hard to make it yourself. There is a diet that is helping kids with ADHD-no chemicals, colorings, preservatives. Yes, it might take a little more time to mix up your own tuna salad, but at least you'll know what's in it. (And, processed food probably causes cancer too, so if cancer can cause obesity, and processed food can cause cancer, then processed food can indeed cause obesity. Right?)
