Jim,

I've mentioned it a couple times over the last 6 or 8 years that jals affect 
me more (and differently) than any other capsicum.  Maybe a little similar 
to that C. pubescens are documented to be much 'hotter' to some people than 
others?  A genetic thing I think.

Jals kick my butt!  And even worse, they sometimes make me violently vomit 
after only a few seconds after eating.  (rather embarrassing!)

FWIW....

I really don't understand why it works that way, and probably don't
want to know....  I just know that, at least for me, it does.
