I don't want to shut the list down or move it, there are already other venues
out there.  I do, however feel there are problems here that many that are not
experiencing them feel content to live with.  I'm worried about the lack of
new membership and dwindling traffic.  You may recall that prior to the Great
Tuna War last week, that traffic was down to like 3 or 4 messages a _week_

I realize that I shouldn't be making suggestions on how things "Should Be"
after being a subscriber for only 15 years, but there seem to be issues that
need to be addressed.
