I just sent three test messages to the list cc:ing myself and using different test protocols. All three messages went through, although, they took longer to arrive via the chileheads list than the messages to me directly in my email box. Four years ago when I moved, I had to resubscribe. It was perfectly seamless, but happened fairly quickly. I've been on this list since the earliest days and I sometimes think it dead because of inactivity. However, not today, when 87 plus messages arrived via Chileheads! I'm on two other lists: one a Yahoo group and another based at a University back east. The Yahoo group is so fractious that I don't receive the emails in my email box, but rather read them on the website. The other list is highly and extremely moderated and for that list, it works best. When someone complains when they're "set to review", the offender is quickly reminded that the list owner owns the list. I think the list works fine. Constance Allen
