I have a penchant for bird peppers and red jalapenos, but am reviled by the flavour of the serrano... can't stand green beans either. I hate scotch bonnets, but love the flavour of the habanero even if I can't eat them straight without blood spurting out my ears... Any suggestions mon capitaine?
