Now you claim that the rest of us immoderates don't prefer flavor over heat? 
Do you realize that when a resistance to capsaicin is achieved that we simply
don't particularly feel the heat?  That "weak knees, sweaty brows, wet pants, 
> ring of fire and fainting spells" are pretty much an experience limited to
those of a "Moderate" persuasion?   Those who indulge in the more robust
chiles actually experience more flavor than those too timid to take the
plunge...   :-)
