Hi Terry...
Lose the serranos althogether, they're just plain nasty -- yucky, they taste just like green beans... go for something with flavour like jalapenos or cayennes, or go up the heat scale a bit and throw a hab in there instead.

I'm a woman Sandy. My website is down at the moment or you could see a

I'm doing those Individual souffles tomorrow with some curried lamb
chops and one of Jacques Pepin's fast fruit desserts. I think I'll add
more chiles to the souffles since the last time I made it it had
really good but subtle chile flavor but no heat. I wonder should I add
three serranos or just the two but leave the seeds in?????
