Update to my previous reply...more info.

See the FetchYahoo page (fetchyahoo.sourceforge.net) "Requirements &
Usage" and "Related Links" sections for further info, links, etc....

1) FetchYahoo is reported to work just fine under M$ Windows, as long
   as you have PERL and the required PERL modules installed.

2) There is another program, SendYmail, that is supposed to send e-mail
   from your computer via Yahoo mail (it's described as "a drop-in
   replacement for sendmail").
