Another option is Gmail.
I had a spammer using my system and Comcast cut off
my outgoing mail, I've yet to attempt to get them to reconnect it
hoping this may frustrate any spammer/cracker that may worm
their way on to my computer again.
Gmail works just fine in all respects and as long as I remember
my login data I can access it from anywhere.
