Me, too. I had a "no symptoms" low blood sugar episode that put me on 
my kitchen floor for about 3 and a half hours before I got to deliver 
the line to the 9-11 operator. I thought I had stroked out - for 
various reasons. Anyway - the toots on the bus gave me an "amp" of 
something - which seemed to bring things back into focus.
