Thanks for the post regarding Gourmet Magazine. I picked the issue up yesterday at Costco (30% off cover price!). It has blueberry cheesecake on the cover. It is an issue about Hot & Cold dishes. I like the new addition of all the recipes in a "cookbook" in the back. Interesting change to the magazine. The articles on chiles are wonderful. Thanks for the heads-up! Can't wait to try a few of the recipes! RisaG
