John,

This is where I buy my pellets now: http://www.bayoutraders.com/ Mention
that JohnT sent you and she will probably laugh and charge you more.

This is the brand that I use: http://www.bbqrsdelight.com/index.html
Discovered several years back on one of the Smoke Ring forums:
http://www.thesmokering.com/default.jsp

And I didn't mean to imply that smoke-drying pods couldn't be done, just
that it is tougher than most might think to produce a product that doesn't
have some bitterness from the smoke. Scotch Bonnet Steve can do it. (hot
smoke) and I know there are others.
