I have it growing now, and flowering, so I will chop some down and dry it again this year. If you have a basement, that would be the best place, however I did dry several bunches in our kitchen. We also have a storage area in the building in which we live(apartments) and dried more there. We will repeat that again this year. This time I grew Greek oregano, so we shall see what the flavor difference is. I let it dry for at least 2 months prior to use. Have fun! Cheers, Doug in BC
