I recently discovered Peruvian food, too. I started by visiting Lola's in Van Nuys, after reading a a review of the best rotisserie chicken shops in LA. The chicken was superb, and I need to go back a few times because there are a lot of other things on the menu. http://theguide.latimes.com/profiles/4789/lists/171275 Then I surfed around, discovered Rancho Bravo salsa, and got a sampler with 4 salsas of different heat plus a bottle of sauce. So far we've tried the Hot jar. Also superb. Jim
