Oh I got it!  I'm the one who argues this side with family and friends all 
the time. "Mom dropped a cut habanero on her hand and had third degree 
burns!"  I was laughing when I sent it and just pointed out to Jim that I 
was joking.

What's disappointing about this story (aside from the accidental
casualty of course) is the ignorant point of view adopted by the
journalist who wrote the article: "He ate something much hotter than
he'd ever eaten before - it MUST have been the heat that killed him!"
